It depends on the product and factory. I work with manufacturers ranging from 100-piece MOQs (usually cut-and-sew or private label) up to 1,000+ for more technical items like performance activewear. When you fill out the form, tell me your target order size and I'll match you accordingly.

I have connections in the US (LA, New York, North Carolina), Portugal, Turkey, India, Vietnam, and China. Location depends on what you're making, your budget, and your values. Want Made in USA? I've got options. Need affordable basics? We'll look at Asia. Sustainable production? Portugal or Turkey usually work great.

I've either worked with them directly on past projects or they've been referred by someone I trust. I look at their communication (do they respond quickly?), production quality (I ask for references and samples), reliability (do they hit deadlines?), and whether they're easy to work with. I don't recommend anyone I wouldn't use myself.

No problem - most people I work with are in that phase. I can connect you with factories that offer full-package services (they help with patterns and samples) or private label options (pre-existing styles you can brand). Just be clear about where you're at when you fill out the form.

Timeline depends on your product complexity and whether you need samples first. After I introduce you (usually within 3 days), expect 1-2 weeks for initial discussions and quotes, 2-4 weeks for samples, then 4-8 weeks for production once you approve. If you're doing private label with existing styles, you can skip the sampling phase.

I can point you in the right direction and recommend freight forwarders I trust, but I don't handle logistics directly. Most of the factories I work with can also recommend their preferred shipping partners who know the routes well.

Basic info is fine: product type (t-shirts, activewear, dresses, etc.), approximate order quantity, timeline, and any special requirements like certifications or fabric types. If you have reference images or competitor products you like, that helps too. Don't worry about having everything figured out - I'll ask follow-up questions if needed.
